December At Last!!

Ok, so it is FINALLY December. The only problem... what is up with the weather? I thought that December meant warm and cozy in your brand new winter sweaters. Who knew I would be sweating and wishing for a pina colada or a bahama mama and a lawn chair. Granted it is a little rainy today, but this weather is unreal.

Oh well! I believe that it is supposed to cool down this weekend. I am very ready for that. I can't really get into the holiday spirit unless it is cold. I am not one of those people who likes sunshine on Christmas. It should be freezing outside and hopefully a foot of snow on the ground. Ok, ok, I don't remember that ever happening in my lifetime. Of course I may have been too young to remember.
I do know one thing for sure... that beautiful winter scene cannot happen when it is sunny and 70 degrees. Ah, well, such is life!

I am so glad that it is Friday. I know, I know, I say that every Friday, but I am really happy about this one. I have absolutely nothing planned for this weekend, but I am looking forward to being at home and relaxing.
